Ursula Roman

Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Ursula leads and directs the growth marketing strategy campaigns, thought leadership and content marketing programs for Memphis Goodwill with a focus on carrying out the organization’s mission and strategic plan goals. She has extensive experience in public and community relations, marketing, corporate communications, brand development and fundraising.  She is well-rounded in establishing productive relationships with diverse stakeholders and building community partnerships. Prior to joining Memphis Goodwill in August 2020, she worked on the Global Brand Communications team for Hilton and served as Marketing Director for Fred’s Inc. Ursula has received numerous industry awards and was a recipient of Memphis Woman Magazine’s “50 Women Who Make a Difference.” She enjoys volunteering and serves on numerous charitable committees including Lakeland Education Foundation and LeBonheur Club.
