Applications are accepted daily at all store locations during regular business operating hours. The Human Resources office accepts applications Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Open positions are posted in all store locations and outside recruiting sources (i.e. career centers, colleges, rehabilitative centers, churches, etc.).
It is the policy of Goodwill to hire individuals who are qualified or trainable for the essential functions of the applicable position with or without reasonable accommodation. All decisions regarding the recruitment, selection and placement of team members are made on a non-discriminatory basis, in accordance with state and federal law. All applicants considered for employment will be screened by phone first, if qualified, then called for an interview. Following a decision to hire the qualified applicant, HR will make a job offer of employment contingent upon passing a criminal background check and drug test. After confirming negative results, HR will contact the applicant and inform them of their start date and new hire orientation.
