The Lead works under the team leadership of the Team Leader Coach and will be responsible for the opening and closing of the store, scheduling of labor preparation and time cards, assisting with the proper rotations of donated goods, assisting with statistical counts, handling bank deposits and be able to make independent decisions. The successful candidate will have one year of experience in the service industry and a love for Books.

Material Handler

Assists in loading and unloading the Goodwill Trucks and pick-ups at the donation centers to include baling, compacting, sorting donated goods into usable, salvage, or trash. Must be able to operate machinery equipment. Ability to lift up to 90 lbs. Provide good customer service. Able to understand and follow instructions. Must be able to work under extreme weather conditions.

Floor Technician

Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include offices, classrooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, conference rooms and other public areas such as cafeterias.  Must be able to operate Auto Scrubber, High Speed Buffers, Banisher, Carpet Shampooer, Hot Water Extractor, Grout Hog and Wet/Dry Vacuum.
