| Team Leader Coach (Store Manager) The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the store to insure high standards of customer relations; the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with staff, customers and donors; the ability to make independent decisions, ability to motivate others, delegate job duties, effectively communicate, train others and relate to people with various disabilities; must be able to work nights and weekends. | Material Handler Assists in loading and unloading the Goodwill Trucks and pick-ups at the donation centers to include baling, compacting, sorting donated goods into usable, salvage, or trash. | Floor Technician Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include offices, classrooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, conference rooms and other public areas such as cafeterias. Must be able to operate Auto Scrubber, High Speed Buffers, Banisher, Carpet Shampooer, Hot Water Extractor, Grout Hog and Wet/Dry Vacuum. | IRS | FT |
