Noah Guess

Noah Guess is a lifetime Memphian. He began working in the landscape industry in 1996 for a locally owned company learning the trade from the ground up for over 5 years, while earning a degree in Turfgrass Management at night. In 2001, He accepted a job with a national landscape company in Memphis and served many roles in 10 plus years. He served as an area account manager, operations manager, and the last four years as a branch manager for the Memphis office. He also managed a satellite branch in St. Louis, MO and was the interim branch Manager in Minneapolis, MN for a year. In 2010, Noah accepted a position with Memphis Goodwill to be on the ground floor of Goodwill Grounds, providing the Memphis community with commercial landscape, while offering employment opportunities to veterans and to those with barriers to employment. Noah hangs his hat on the basic principles of customer service, honesty, and hard work.
